Pensieve Labs's current position is stated inPOL-GL-061Section 3: the Platform is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA on a self-assessed, internal basis; there has been no third-party audit, no published assistive-technology test matrix, and no user testing with people with disabilities.This file is the template and evaluation specification for the report when it is produced. It is not a completed report and must never be published as one.

The user interface is the same in all four deployment models, so conformance findings apply identically. The
DM-4 note in Section 5 concerns the browser and endpoint estate, which is the hospital's.
Two audiences ask for this, and they want different things.

A self-assessed report published honestly is worth more than no report and much more than an over-claimed one. The path is: complete this template internally first, publish it labelled self-assessed, then commission an independent evaluation and replace it.

Where a buyer requires an independent report, say so plainly and give the date it can be delivered. This
is one of the few artefacts that cannot be produced inside the fourteen-day window, and POL-GL-061 Section 3.3
already says so.
Whether the evaluation is internal or independent, this is the scope.

Use these terms exactly. They are the VPAT terms and reviewers read them precisely.
