This is not a second master agreement. It is the Australian variant instrument to the standard form MSA-IN-001. Where the Customer's jurisdiction recorded on the Order Form is Australia, the Agreement between the Parties comprises MSA-IN-001 as amended, replaced and supplemented by this document.
