Vendor and sub-processor are not the same thing. A vendor is any third party Edsol Edtech Pvt. Ltd. engages. A sub-processor is a vendor that processes customer personal data, and carries additional obligations set out in POL-GL-135 and DPA-GL-001. Every sub-processor is a vendor; most vendors are not sub-processors.
